Orders are shipped within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Delivery time is 2–5 business days, depending on the shipping company and region. Shipping costs are stated during the order process; free shipping may be available for orders over a certain amount. The Seller is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect delivery addresses. In case of damaged delivery, a report must be filed with the shipping company. Delivery is only available throughout Turkey.

You can request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving the product. Return conditions: The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and returned with the invoice. Opened cosmetic products are not eligible for return due to hygiene reasons. Approved returns will be refunded to your payment method within 14 days. This contract has been prepared in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation. By confirming the order, the Buyer is deemed to have accepted the product price and delivery conditions. VAT is included in the product price. The Buyer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days from the delivery date. The right of withdrawal cannot be used for cosmetic products with opened packaging. Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts are authorized in disputes.
