ORDERS & DELIVERY
Orders placed by 2:00 p.m. on weekdays are handed to the courier the same day. Orders after 2:00 p.m. or on weekends are processed on the next business day. During campaigns this may extend by 1–2 business days.
Shipping is free on orders of 1,500 TRY and above within Türkiye. Below that threshold a flat shipping fee of 79.90 TRY applies. Free shipping thresholds may vary during promotions.
We work with Yurtiçi Kargo and Aras Kargo so your order reaches you quickly and safely. Our system automatically selects the best courier for your delivery address.
Yes, we ship to many countries. International orders are sent with DHL Express; delivery times and fees vary by country. Contact our customer service for details.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
You may return or exchange your purchase within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unopened, unused, and undamaged. For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns of opened perfumes.
From My account > Orders select the order and tap "Create return request", or contact customer service for a return code. You can drop off your package to our contracted courier at no charge with that code.
After your return arrives at our warehouse and passes inspection, your refund is approved. Within 3–7 business days after approval, the amount is refunded to the card you used. For installment purchases your bank may reflect the refund in installments.
PRODUCTS & USE
All fragrances in our line are Extrait de Parfum or Eau de Parfum. Depending on skin and conditions, you can typically expect about 8–12 hours of wear. For longer wear we suggest applying to pulse points (wrists, neck, behind the ears).
All formulas are developed to IFRA standards and dermatologically tested. If you have sensitive skin, we recommend a patch test on a small area of the inner wrist before full use.
Yes, each order includes two 2 ml samples of other scents to try. You can also purchase discovery kits made up of sample sets only.
Our brand respects nature and all living beings. None of our products are tested on animals, and every formula is 100% vegan with no animal-derived ingredients.
